Layout first, decoration after
Scroll and the room above rearranges itself: three hundred theatre seats, twenty five round tables, then a U for the ceremony. This is our first job at every event, and the one nobody shows you.

What we do
And what we hand to other people, so it is clear.
Weddings, ceremony to reception
Two layouts in one day: a U for the morning ceremony, round tables for the evening, with a three hour changeover we time ourselves on site.
Company events and launches
Theatre for the speeches, then small groups for discussion. Includes a sound check, cable routes, and a named seating plan.
Family gatherings
Carpet, simple sound, and a food route that keeps the queue away from the entrance. The smallest we take is a hundred people.
What we do not do
We do not handle catering and we do not sell flowers. Both are invited from partners you pay directly, never through us.
From the first meeting to the last chair carried out
Measure the room, not a photo of it
We come to the venue with a tape measure and note the door width, the ceiling height, and where the sockets are. Every plan is built from those numbers.
A plan and costs line by line
You get a layout drawing and a cost list split into chairs, stage, sound, light, and crew. Signing comes after that.
Partners invited, paid directly
We recommend caterers, florists, and make up artists, but the contract is yours. We take no commission from them, and that is written in the quote.
Rehearsal, compulsory
The day before, with the run of show read from beginning to end. Anyone who cannot attend gets the recording.
The day itself
Our crew arrives six hours before your guests. One person holds the timeline, one holds the room, and both numbers are on your invitation.
Strike and final report
The room goes back as it was that same night, and the final cost report arrives within three days, including anything refunded.
Fees for our work, partners not included
Full planning, wedding
Venue survey, two floor plans, partner coordination, rehearsal, and a crew of eight on the day.
Rp28,000,000one day, two layouts
Day of coordination only
For people who have arranged it themselves. We join three weeks before, write the run of show, and hold the day.
Rp12,000,000one day
Company event
Up to three hundred guests, with a named seating plan, a sound check, and one rehearsal.
Rp9,500,000per event day
Family gathering
A hundred to two hundred guests, food route and seating, without a large stage.
Rp5,500,000per event
Chairs and stage only
If chairs are all you need. Stage is per square metre, delivered and taken away.
Rp35,000per chair
Strike one line out and the rest stay where they are
The floor plan arrived before we signed, gang widths and all. That is when we trusted them.Rini and Danu, wedding 2025

Asked often enough to answer here
Why layout before decoration?
Because the layout decides how many guests fit, where they walk, and where queues form. Decoration can change a week before; a layout cannot.
Must we use your partners?
No. We give three names for every need, you may use anyone, and we take no commission from them.
What is the largest event?
Three hundred on our own chairs. Above that we rent more and the cost is written plainly in the list.
What if it rains?
Every outdoor quote includes one indoor fallback plan and a decision deadline, usually four hours before guests arrive.
Can the layout change on the day?
It can, and we schedule the time for it. A full change takes ninety minutes with eight people, and that is already in the plan.
How does payment work?
Thirty percent up front, forty percent two weeks before, the rest after the final report. Anything unspent is returned.
