What makes the contract bold
On time, or free
The arrival time is in the contract. If our van is later than that, the late portions are not charged. Last year: 2 of 1,900 deliveries.
The same taste from box 1 to box 1,000
Recipes are weighed, not guessed. Spice pastes are made per 200 portions and tasted by the head cook before packing.

For events above 100 portions, six sample boxes are sent the day before you decide.

Tasting
Above 100 portions, six sample boxes are sent free. The menu is locked once you agree.
A contract with an arrival time
The arrival time is written in, with the late-means-free clause. 30 percent deposit.
Deliver, serve, clear
Our own vans, servers for buffets, equipment collected the same night.

Minimum order?
Rice boxes 20, buffet 100 portions, office subscription 15 portions per day.
Special menus?
Vegetarian, gluten-free and low-salt with three days' notice. We do not cook pork.
Delivery area?
All of Bekasi and East Jakarta with no delivery fee for buffets. Beyond that, per kilometre.
If the headcount grows at the last minute?
Buffets always run 5 percent over. Beyond that, extra portions leave the kitchen within 90 minutes.
