Ingredients that do not lie

Butter, not margarine

New Zealand butter in every sponge and buttercream. It tastes different, it costs more, and we write it down.

Fruit from the farm, not jam

Strawberries from Ciwidey arrive on Tuesdays and Fridays. When there are none, the strawberry cake is not sold, not swapped for jam.

No preservatives, so there is a date

Every box carries the baking date and a best-before. Sponge two days, cookies ten.

    On WhatsApp, at least a day ahead. Two-tier cakes, three days.

  2. Choose flavour and lettering

    Chocolate, vanilla, red velvet or strawberry. Lettering and cream colour free; fondant figures Rp25.000 extra.

  3. Baked that morning

    The cake is baked at five on the morning of pickup, not the day before.

  4. Pick up or delivery

    Pick up on Jalan Kenanga, or South Jakarta delivery for Rp15.000 in a chilled box.

How far ahead should I order?

Birthday cakes a day ahead, two-tier cakes three days, cupcakes and brownies same day while the morning batch lasts.

Egg-free or gluten-free?

Gluten-free brownies are available daily. Egg-free cupcakes with two days' notice.

How long do they keep?

Sponge and cream two days refrigerated, brownies five days, cookies ten. The date is on the box.

Where do you deliver?

South Jakarta for Rp15.000 in a chilled box. Elsewhere in Jakarta by instant courier; we explain the jostling risk first.
