What we run every day
Four jobs, and the same battery in the middle of all of them.
Cabinets where riders already are
Minimarkets, motorbike taxi stands and parking buildings. The host earns Rp400 from every swap and never pays for the electricity. Sites are chosen from ride data, not from an empty map.
Batteries we look after, not sell
Riders never buy a battery. Every unit reports its temperature every thirty seconds, and any unit whose capacity drops below 80 percent is pulled off the road before anyone notices the range shrinking.
One app to find, hold and pay
The app shows the nearest cabinet with a full battery and holds it for fifteen minutes. Pay by QRIS or from a subscription balance, with no deposit and no credit card.
Fleets for courier companies
From twenty motorbikes. Swaps per rider, distance travelled and the monthly bill in one dashboard, with the tax invoice at the start of each month.

Why swap instead of charge
Charging an electric motorbike battery from empty takes three to four hours. For a rider covering a hundred to two hundred kilometres a day, that means stopping work twice.
A swap took 87 seconds at the median last month. The empty battery charges slowly inside the cabinet, at a limited current that keeps the cells healthy, while the rider is already carrying the next passenger.
What we do not promise is a cabinet in every alley. In the morning rush, on average 6 of our 312 cabinets run out of full batteries for more than ten minutes. We report that number every month, and bringing it down is our main job this year.
