Late means free
The delivery hour is agreed at pickup and printed on the receipt. One minute past, that order is free. Last year: 41 of 19,000 orders.

Weighed at your door, photographed, and sent to WhatsApp before the bag enters the van.

Weighed at your door
The weight is photographed and sent. You choose regular, express or flash, and the delivery hour is agreed.
Wash, dry, fold
One bag one machine, colours separated, machine dried then aired.
Delivered before the promise
Same seal on the bag, receipt on WhatsApp, and if late, free.
Before you request a pickup
How far do you pick up and deliver?
Karawaci, Cikokol, Kelapa Dua, Cipondoh and north Serpong. Beyond that is possible for Rp5.000 extra.
Stubborn stains?
Stains are marked at weighing. Those that do not come out we tell you about before delivery; nothing is pressed over to hide it.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, cash or QRIS at handover. Monthly plans are paid up front.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Compensation up to 10 times the wash price per piece, based on the weighing receipt and photo.
