Every worker goes home safe
Twelve years of site safety on high-rise towers, toll roads and a cement plant in East Java.
Three projects, with their numbers
A 32 storey residential tower, West Surabaya
Formwork at height with 1,400 workers at the peak, most of them working above the tenth floor for the first time.
2.1 million work hours without a lost-time injury up to handover in March 2025. The morning induction was cut to twelve minutes and moved to the working floor instead of the site office.
Three toll road sections, East Java
41 kilometres of widening built at night, while the lane beside it stayed open to trucks.
A night work procedure with a 120 metre buffer zone, floodlights aimed away from drivers, and flaggers rotated every two hours. The company still uses it on its projects.
Confined spaces around the kiln, Tuban
Cleaning cyclones and stacks during the plant's annual shutdown, on a schedule measured in days.
Three annual shutdowns without a confined space incident. Gas levels were measured every thirty minutes and written on a board at the entry, not in a book in the office.
