Personal portrait

One hour, two backgrounds, ten fully edited frames and every raw file. For a work profile, an application, or simply a portrait of yourself.

An hour and a half, two backgrounds, twenty fully edited frames. Small children and older guests get breaks, and those minutes are not counted.

What happens from the first message to the files

  1. Ten minutes of talking

    Before you book we ask what the photo is for and where it will be seen. That answer sets the background, the lens, and the aperture.

  2. One hour of shooting

    The first twenty minutes are usually unusable, because people need time to stop feeling watched. We do not count those minutes.

  3. Choosing together

    The same day you see every frame on a large screen and choose yourself. We give an opinion when you ask for one.

  4. Three working days of editing

    Skin is not smoothed until the texture is gone, and body shapes are not changed. If you want more than that, say so and we will.

  5. Handover

    Finished files and every raw file arrive by a link that stays live for a year, and we keep a copy for two.

Before you book a session

Why hand over the raw files?

Because the photographs are of you. We give you all of them, including the ones we did not pick, and never lock them behind an upgrade.

How many outfits should I bring?

Two is enough for an hour. More than that and the time goes on changing rather than shooting.

Can you shoot outside the studio?

Yes, anywhere in Surabaya with no travel fee. Outside the city we bill transport at cost, with no markup.

Will my face be changed?

Not unless you ask. Our standard work is colour, light, and temporary marks such as a spot.

What if I do not like the results?

One reshoot at no cost within thirty days. It has happened four times since 2017, and all four were reshot.

Can you print here?

Up to 8R, in ten minutes. Larger sizes go to our regular printer and take three working days.
