What is the difference between monthly and yearly?+
The features are identical. The yearly plan is paid once up front and saves 20 percent versus paying monthly for a year.
What happens if I stop subscribing?+
Subscriptions never renew on their own. We email you before the period ends. After it ends, your own domain, the badge-free website and WhatsApp auto-replies keep working for 7 more days. Then your account moves to the Free plan and your website stays live at its techiro.app address.
If I renew early or switch plans, do I lose the days I have left?+
No. A renewal starts on the day your current period ends. When you switch plans, the value of the time left on your old plan is added to the new one.
Do AI credits expire every month?+
The monthly allowance resets each month. Topped-up credits never expire and are only used after your allowance runs out.
Which payment methods are supported?+
QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA, bank transfer, and virtual accounts through the Xendit payment gateway.
