Terms of Service

The service

Techiro is a platform for creating, editing and publishing business websites. The free and paid plans differ in the number of websites, AI credits and the other features listed on the pricing page.

Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all the content you publish. Content must not break Indonesian law, deceive, or infringe the rights of others.

We may deactivate a website that is reported and shown to contain fraud, illegal content or abuse, with notice sent to your account's email.

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Xendit and stay active until the end of the period. Top-up AI credits are prepaid and do not expire. Refunds are assessed case by case within the first 7 days.

Content and ownership

Your content stays yours. By publishing through Techiro you give us the technical permission to store that content and serve it to your visitors.

A draft generated by AI is a starting point; make sure the claims about your business are accurate before you publish.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep availability high, but we are not liable for indirect losses caused by disruptions to the service.
